Lelia Fallon

Director / Solicitor

Lelia Fallon is a Legal Practitioner with over 30 years of commercial, banking & finance, local government and property knowledge gained from working with top tier law firms, blue chip banking & finance corporations, all tiers of government and industry bodies. She was admitted to Practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2004 and is registered as a Practitioner of the High Court of Australia.

In 2020, Lelia established Rochford Solicitors.

Lelia is skilled in partnering with both individuals and executive management teams to deliver valued commercial outcomes. She is an inclusive people leader able to bring energy, commitment, and a broad perspective to the delivery of high-quality legal services and regulatory compliance. Her qualifications include:

This is demonstrated not only in the day-to-day operations of Rochford Solicitors, but in many of the documents, forms, and instruction manuals that she had a hand in writing and her past employers are still using.

Solicitor

Riziki is a dedicated and thoughtful lawyer at Rochford Solicitors. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations from the University of Southern Queensland.

Her strong academic foundation is complemented by practical experience in both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors leading to strong skills in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

Beginning her legal career in the field of migration law, Riziki has a keen professional interest in migration law and property law.

Having also migrated from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Riziki brings a unique perspective and a deep personal understanding of the complex challenges faced by migrants and diverse communities across Australia. This lived experience enriches her ability to deliver empathetic, effective legal solutions across various areas of law, particularly in migration and property matters.

In addition to her legal acumen, Riziki is multilingual, fluently speaking a number of languages, including English and Swahili. Her diverse skill set, cultural insight, and linguistic abilities make her a valuable asset to the team at Rochford Solicitors.
